Diagnostics & Imaging
A radiograph (also known as an X-ray) is an image that looks inside the body and shows information that may not be visible from the outside. Internal organs such as the heart, lungs, and abdominal organs, as well as bones, can be evaluated using radiography. When it comes to precisely diagnosing your pet, radiography can be a very useful tool in our diagnostic armory.
Broken bones, blockages, arthritis, lumps, and tumors are all frequently diagnosed and examined with digital X-rays. Digital X-rays are also used to confirm pregnancies and detect swallowed items.
We are equipped with digital X-ray and can even send x-rays to board certified specialists for review.
We have in-house ultrasound capabilities as well as full-service ultrasounds that we schedule with a traveling veterinary ultrasound service.
